​Agrofex seeks to realize the potential for collaboration between producers and makers of food products with longer shelf-lives sans preservatives, colourants and additives.

Founding Vision.

Agrofex was founded with a vision of preserving the richness of Indian culinary traditions while treating all stakeholders fairly, including our farmers, customers, employees and the environment. We realised the clear need to enhance both procurement and processing of agricultural produce in India. We aim to build long-standing supply relationships with independent farmers, farmer producer organisations (FPOs), NGO supported cooperatives, regional and global distribution partners.

Chief Executive Officer & Director

​Accomplished Civil Engineer who loves commodities, renewable energy and precision farming and how they can be implemented for the benefit of mankind. Has worked, planned and managed sites and people all across the sub-continent only to realise his true love for food and this green earth we live on. His passions include precision farming, accessible local hydropower, rural & social empowerment.

Sudeep Kumar Jain
Executive Chef & Director

Entrepreneur who loves technology, tennis and the culinary arts in an equal measure. An alpha scout from Kendriya Vidyalaya who dropped-out of the Officer's Training Academy to pursue social interests beyond national security. Gained recognition for his adept product management skills in corporate marketing roles across the world. Now he seeks to relish the culinary bounties our planet has to offer.

Dr. Rahul Kanagat​

Dr. Kanagat shares with us his knowledge of over 42 years in the hospitality and training industries. His masterly experience of training youth and helping employers hire trained employees across India drives closure to his vision of an organised hospitality industry. Post retirement from his duties, he is actively involved in youth training & development initiatives.

Bhupesh Porwal

Bhupesh is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with extensive experience of 25+ years with expertise in driving commercial business partnerships, corporate finance, investor relations, financial & management reporting. At Agrofex we value his advisory on financial strategy, taxation & cost management, commercial and export-import management.

Chef Pradeep Chavan

Chef Chavan is known for his candid yet illumined style of management and communication. With over 32 years of experience in both hospitality and food processing industries, he still travels the world looking for food nirvana and is actively involved in product development as a director at Global Gourmet Foods.

Dr. Nirmit Jha

Nirmit is an experienced management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing industry. He specialises in game theory and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving [TRIZ]. For Agrofex he is happy to share his experience of operations management, fostering organisational innovation and business development.
